Join us for a deeply immersive evening of analog ambient sound, where every frequency is from handmade instruments, organic textures, and the beauty of voice.

The evening will be spread across three sets that celebrate the warmth of traditional craft and the soulful, resonant sound of original source. For the evening we have joining us:

Dudù Kouate

An improvised, whirling magician. Dudu is with a constant search for the sound of elements, which has always led him to new experiences and sounds. We are very excited to welcome him to Todmorden!

Thorn Wych

Following her debut ‘Aesthesis’ the instrument maker & musician is creating a unique, ambient set from her handcrafted instruments overlaying the frequencies and harmonics.

Laurel Morgan & Yorkshire Modular Society

The duo will create a drone-laden improvised continuous piece that projects the language of light.

The evening will be spread across three sets that celebrate the warmth of traditional craft and the soulful, resonant sounds of original source.

Together, we will explore the cymatic element of the sounds with Mark Wagner our resident cymaticist who will project the fractals together with Adam, guiding the sound into wider, spectral visualisations. Outside we will have a fire pit and have food on hand from the soop daddy 🥣🔥

We are offering a range of ticket prices, as we intend to make our events accessible, we do find costs a challenge so please do support us if you can.
