A multimedia alcohol free dance experience. 

Join us at Resonance (10 Greco Court, Unit #10), on Saturday, November 29, from 7:00-1:00 am. This is our first official immersive dance event at the space, where you are invited to join us to celebrate life and affirming that yes: Dreams Come True. 

Dance, move, create, chill, and enjoy an epic night featuring beats by Pithra (Ottawa), projection mapping and VJing by filmmaker and artist LA Alfonso (Peterborough), local DJs, immersive art installations, live painting, and more. Healthy snacks are included with your ticket. Delicious non alcoholic beverages will be available for sale. 

This event is happening at a location with optimal space for movement, good sound and safety. During event hours you can come and go at any time.

Bios: 

Pithra (DJ)

Pithra’s journey as a DJ/Producer started in 2010. From intimate house parties to clubs and festivals. Pithra has captivated audiences with a diverse soundscape. Spanning the wide spectrum of House music, his sets seamlessly blend Afro/Latin/Organic with Prog/Minimal influences. 

Based in Ottawa, Pithra is not only passionate about music, but also about fostering community. This passion is evident in his role as co-founder of the collective and label, Music.Art.Ppl!

L.A. Alfonso (VJ)

L.A. Alfonso is a Filipino-Canadian VJ, multimedia artist and filmmaker whose live visual sets fuse cinematic imagery, archival textures and responsive performance-design. Based in Peterborough, his projects span large-scale video-mappings, festival after-parties and immersive dance–music experiences. With a background in independent film, live visuals and community-arts teaching, Alfonso creates visuals that move, groove and transform space.
