Resonate is an ongoing monthly series by Benny Silva of Resonate Yoga. This immersive breath and sound experience is an invitation to navigate your inner landscape and reclaim your wholeness.

SESSION FOCUS: AIR We move into the element of Air. This session focuses on mental clarity and the power of the space between thoughts. We use expansive breath and soaring sound to thin the veil and open the mind to new perspectives.

• The Focus: Clarity, vision, and mental space.
• The Breath: Expansive and light.
• The Sound: High frequency bowls, chimes, wind instruments, and gongs.

• Preparation: Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and any props you may need to aid in your journey.
