Resonate is an ongoing monthly series by Benny Silva of Resonate Yoga. This immersive breath and sound experience is an invitation to navigate your inner landscape and reclaim your wholeness.

SESSION FOCUS: AIR In our final session of the year, we focus on vision. This is a journey of looking ahead from a place of clarity and lightness. We use the element of Air to elevate our perspective and set a conscious intention for the future.

• The Focus: Clarity, vision, and mental space.
• The Breath: Expansive and light.
• The Sound: High frequency bowls, chimes, wind instruments, and gongs.
