RAi All Hands Meeting 2027

RAi All-Hands Meeting is our flagship annual event, bringing the Responsible Ai UK community together in person to share progress, connect, and shape the year ahead. This year, we're evolving the format into a mini-conference, with a full day of plenary sessions, parallel tracks, and interactive showcases designed to spotlight the breadth of work happening across the programme.

What to expect:

• Plenary Sessions: Open and close the day together, with keynote presentations and a themed discussion drawing on insights from across the tracks.
• Parallel Tracks: Choose from three concurrent streams featuring paper presentations from funded projects.
• Posters & Demos: Explore hands-on work over lunch, with poster and demo sessions showcasing projects across the RAi community.
• Community Engagement: Connect with the Leadership Team, ECRs, funded projects, and the Industry Advisory Board, and help set priorities for the year ahead.

RAi All-Hands Meeting is open to all currently funded RAi projects — Keystones, Cornerstones, Collaborative Grants, and respective sub-projects. A call for papers will be launched in September / October to apply for a speaking slot, poster, or demo. Further information on the programme will be shared in the next few months. TRAVEL TO THE EVENT

Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton Grand Harbour is located at West Quay Road, Southampton, SO15 1AG.

By Train
Southampton Central railway station is just a five-minute drive (or short walk) from the hotel, with direct connections from London Waterloo (approx. 75 minutes), Manchester, Bristol, and other major cities. A taxi from the station takes around 5–10 minutes.

By Car
The hotel is well signposted from the M3 and M27, following signs for West Quay. On-site parking is available, managed by Parking Eye, on a first-come, first-served basis.

By Plane
Southampton Airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car or taxi, with connecting flights across the UK and Europe. A taxi from the airport takes around 15 minutes and costs approximately £25–£35.
