Event Details

​Come join us for a day of recovery. 11 different massage tables to jump on throughout the day, and explore different types of bodywork. In between massages, grab lunch from our taco man, do a quick cold plunge and sauna, or try out top of the line Normatec compression tools for hips, arms, and legs. A group yoga class will be held as well.

​Attendees should arrive in loose, comfortable athletic clothing. Bring an extra change of clothes and a towel if you would like to utilize the cold plunge and sauna. All bodywork will be provided fully clothed in an open gym setting.

​Therapist participation and the number of available stations will depend on final ticket sales. Sessions are expected to range from approximately 10–30 minutes so attendees can experience multiple practitioners throughout the afternoon.
