Join celebrated dance musician and fiddler Laurel Swift for this very special 6-week course for musicians. 

Come and have a great time playing music with others! We'll be focusing on what makes a great sound and feel for community dancing: how to get lots of lift, life and groove in your playing, how to signal musically to the dancers what is happening next, and simply enjoying the sound of the band! We will work both by ear and from notation simultaneously, all levels welcome: there will be both easy and hard tunes and harmonies galore!

This course will start on Tuesday April 8th and continue weekly, with Tuesday 13th May being the final session.
The course will run from 7:45pm to 9pm at Revels Center for Traditional Arts, 2 Mascoma Street Suite #3, Lebanon, NH. 

There will be an opportunity to play for dancing and put all your new skills to use at the Revels May Celebration on Sunday 18th May.
