Sisters Afternoon Tea

Come and join us for a cuppa with sweet treats and a catch-up at the R2R Wellbeing Centre. 

An afternoon of reflection, reminders and good company.

- Reflections from Surah Maun. It condemns those who pray mechanically or merely to "show off" (riya), remaining heedless of the true spirit of their prayers while withholding even the smallest acts of neighbourly kindness. True faith (deen) requires uniting the rights of Allah with the rights of humanity, proving that worship is incomplete without sincere empathy and practical service to those in need and there'll be time to chat, meet other sisters and ask any questions you have.

Time: 1.00pm to 4.00pm
Venue: The R2R Wellbeing Centre, 736b Lea Bridge Road, Leyton, Leyton, E10 6AW.

Everyone's welcome, whether you're new to Islam or have been practising for years. Feel free to bring a friend or a family member along.
