Hypnobirthing 1:1 Course

My classes are for you if you want to feel calm, informed and in control of your birth!

My classes are a fun interactive way to learn all about labour and birth. We cover:

💗 What happens in your body when in labour and how you can aid that to happen

💗 How to boost your birthing hormones 

💗 The mind and body connection and how hypnosis can help you 

💗 Relaxation/breathing techniques

💗 Ways you can be more comfortable in labour

💗 How to work with your birth team and about interventions

💗 How fear and anxiety can effrct your birth and ways to manage it

💗 Make your birth partner really feel part of the experiencing by talking about their role in birth

💗 How to overcome hurdles in your birth journey to achieve the best outcome for you and your baby

This course will run on Sunday 2nd & 9th August 9.30am-1.30pm. You have my full support right through pregnancy and into the postpartum period. 

Only the deposit of £50 to pay just now with the rest (£300) being due 2 weeks prior to the course starting.
