2026 Badass Agile Coaching Days

                               A Global Celebration of Badassery

This three-primary session mini-conference focused on increasing your agile coaching knowledge and skills. Dare we say it, to approach BadAssery in your coaching.

There will be 3-days of sessions--

• Badass Agile Coaching Day – APAC, Tuesday, September 29th, from 8:30pm – 12midnight EST
• Badass Agile Coaching Day – Americas, Wednesday, September 30th, from 1pm – 4:30pm EST
• Badass Agile Coaching Day – EMEA, Thursday, October 1st, from 8am – 11:30am EST

A single registration will give you access to all three mini-conferences.

Theme: Thriving in this New World of Agile Coaching

With all of the challenges agilists are facing (layoffs, role transformations, how to reframe & upskill yourself, AI, and future sensemaking), we thought this year we would focus on topics to encourage and the reemergence of Agile Coaches, Changes Agents, Scrum Masters, Consultants, and Leaders in what have become the most challenging times in the Age of Agile.

We will have twelve; count them TWELVE, world-class, incredibly experienced, and BadAss coaches presenting various topics for your learning pleasure. Please review the three agendas below.

Purpose

The purpose of the event is two-fold.

1. First, it's to provide an opportunity to "raise the competency bar" in our wonderful profession and craft of agile coaching.
2. But it's also to provide funds to two incredibly worthwhile causes that support women within our agile community—

• Women in Agile
• African Agility

So you get the chance to learn and support two very worthwhile causes--at the same time.

The event will be limited to 300 combined participants across all three time zone-aligned sessions.

Attendees can attend as many as they wish via a single Zoom link.

The event costs $50 USD, but donations are also enabled and encouraged. After minimal expenses, all net proceeds will be split between African Agility and Women in Agile.
