Rebekka is a yoga therapist, educator, longtime meditation teacher, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Birth/Death Doula with more than 20 years of experience teaching yoga, mindfulness, and embodied practices. Her work explores the intersection of nervous system regulation, mindfulness, movement, and our capacity to be present with ourselves and others.
