No Woman is an Island!

Join Scary Little Girls artists Rebecca Mordan and Bec Applebee and members of the Scilly community for a celebration of what it means to be an island woman. After the success of Queenagers, we will be working again with St Mary’s Theatre Club and friends, using song, poetry and monologues drawn from the lives of women from all five inhabited islands and all different ages and backgrounds. This evening will share the trials and tribulations, the joys, sorrows and hilarity of the women who’ve been born on, blown into or currently bolster the Isles of Scilly.

This show has been created from 50 interviews conducted by SLG with Scilly Museum and Kresen Kernow and marks the official launch of the archive.
