Whether you're completely new to sound healing or have already started experimenting, this accredited weekend workshop gives you the foundations, confidence, and hands-on experience to begin using sound in your own practice.

Accredited by Yoga Alliance and IPHM, and hosted at the Rhythm Room in the heart of Carrick-on-Shannon, this is one of the only sound facilitation trainings of its kind in Ireland.

What you'll learn:

• How to play Tibetan singing bowls with proper technique and confidence
• The ancient roots and modern science behind sound, frequency, and vibration — including how sound affects the nervous system and brainwave states
• How to work with a range of instruments including crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and gongs
• How to create safe, inclusive spaces using sound — ideal for group work, retreats, or one-to-one sessions
• Vocal and rhythmic techniques for grounding, energising, and guiding a group
• Sound games and ice-breaker activities you can use immediately in your own sessions

No musical experience is needed. If you have instruments of your own, feel free to bring them along.
