Clean-up @ Tickled Trout (River Ribble)

Join the Ribble Rivers Trust and Angling Trust in the scourge against the litter that blights our green spaces!

Activity, Litter-pick/Clean-up: We will be using litter-pickers and bags to collect the litter along the Tickled Trout stretch of the River Ribble, so please wear suitable gloves, long sleeve tops and pants to help prevent getting stung by nettles and brambles. Giant Hogweed is also located in this area.

Site, Amber: Good access, but with some overgrown areas and uneven ground. We will be working near water also. Please note that because we will be working on some uneven ground, please wear appropriate footwear - boots or wellies.

Please note that parking its limited on the MacDonald Tickled Trout Hotel car-park. If you can walk or get public transport to the event, this would be helpful in keeping vehicle numbers low. There will be a far amount of walking at this event, also.
