Guided Walk @ Stainforth

Come join us on the 25th May for a guided walk from Stainforth.

Event Description:  Join Ribble Rivers Trust for a circular guided walk from Stainforth, taking in views of the Yorkshire three peaks. 4.5 miles, with an optional additional detour of less than a mile to Stainforth Foss. 

Well behaved dogs on leads welcome (providing they will be able to manage the ladder stiles). 

Location: We will be meeting at Stainforth car park, BD24 9QD. The what3words location is craftsman.stop.walked and grid reference SD 82050 67264. Please note the car park is pay and display, £4.80 for a full day. We will be setting off promptly at 10am and will finish by approximately 2pm.

Difficulty:  This walk will take approximately 4 hrs and is moderately difficult with a large number of ladder stiles and some reasonable slopes.

What to bring: Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather, as well as suitable footwear such as walking boots or walking trainers. To help reduce the risk of bites, cuts and stings we also ask attendees to wear long sleeved tops and trousers. Please also bring lunch as we will stop to refuel along the way.
