FISHING THE RIVER SWALE WITH RADAS
Enjoy a day’s fishing on more than 12 miles of the beautiful River Swale in and around Richmond, North Yorkshire. RADAS waters offer fishing for wild brown trout, grayling, chub, dace, barbel and pike.
DAY PERMIT INFORMATION
• Day permits cost £12.50 per angler. There are no concessions.
• Every angler must purchase an individual permit.
• Permits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Your permit is valid from 6.00am until 10.00pm on the date booked.
• Night fishing is not permitted.
WHERE YOU CAN FISH
Day permit holders may fish the following RADAS waters: Great Langton, Catterick Bridge, Brompton on Swale, Broken Brae, Iron Banks Wood, Easby Waters, The Falls and The Batts, Green Bridge to The Falls, Round Howe, Marske Waters as far as Marske Bridge.
Upstream of Marske Bridge and Oxque are members only. D'Arcy Hildyard is members only.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
All anglers must:
• Hold a valid Environment Agency rod fishing licence.
• Read and follow the RADAS fishing rules.
• Submit a catch return after every fishing session—even if you did not catch anything.

Catch returns take only a minute to complete. Both successful and nil returns provide valuable information about fishing activity and fish stocks, helping us manage and protect the River Swale.
Environment Agency rod licences can be purchased online or from participating Post Offices.
