Need help?
Anyone involved with the wonderful game of cricket knows that it can do some not so wonderful things to your head.
The pressures that the game can put players under, and the resulting impact to mental health, are like no other sport.
We are therefore pleased to welcome Opening Up Cricket to Richmond CC to run an interactive workshop on developing positive mental health.
This session is for players, parents and coaches (recommend U15s and above) who would like to learn more about:
- Dealing with stress and anxiety
- Coping with failure and setbacks
- Improving focus and concentration
Date: Sunday 13th February
Time: 16:00 - 17:30.
Venue: Richmond CC, Old Deer Park, Richmond
All proceeds from the session will go to Opening Up Cricket enabling them to deliver more sessions like this and to continue to support charities that promote mental well being.
