Formal Hall (Michaelmas 2019)
Ridley Hall is delighted to announce that we will be hosting our first Formal Hall Dinner on Friday 18th October 2019. Under the skilled eye of our Executive Head Chef Howard Milton, guests will be treated to sumptuous three course meal in our historic dining hall.
Menu:
Starter*
Fricassé of wild mushrooms & pancetta, crispy hen’s egg and toasted brioche
Or
Fricassé of wild mushrooms, roasted squash, broad beans, garlic and thyme, crispy hen’s egg & toasted brioche

Mains*
Haunch of Venison, mini game pie, port & juniper sauce, glazed parsnips, chicory & blackberries
Or
Fresh Tagliatelle, chestnuts, salt baked celeriac, truffle crème fraiche, roquette leaves and smoked garlic oil

Spiced pumpkin & pecan pie, cinnamon & salted caramel ice cream

Tickets:
Tickets cost £20 per person and may be purchased by students, staff and alumni of Ridley Hall and members of the Cambridge Theological Federation. You may purchase a maximum of 4 tickets (including up to 3 guests). Tickets are on sale until Monday 14th October.

Drinks: Water will be on the tables; guests may bring their own wine
