Ridlington Climate Action Network - Workshop (all Rutlanders from the surrounding area welcome!)

Dear friends,

Thank you so much for everyone who joined us for the People’s Emergency Briefing in Ridlington on 24th September.

It was encouraging to see people come together to talk openly about the challenges of climate change and what we can do locally. For those who joined us your presence and contributions made the session valuable, and we appreciate you taking the time to be there, and for sharing your views.

Virtually everyone agreed that we should discuss further how best to take action as a wider community.

With that in mind, we are now organising a follow-up workshop that is open to everyone – including anyone who was unable to attend the Briefing.

This will be an open discussion and practical workshop to collate the thoughts and ideas suggested by the group, identify activities that will benefit our local communities, and agree on practical next steps we can take together.

This will be a free event and space is limited.  We will be providing refreshments again, so please register using the link on this page to help us estimate numbers for refreshments.

Details:
Saturday 14th November (2–3.30pm)

Village Hall, Ridlington

Refreshments will be provided and all are welcome. Whether you came to the Briefing or are joining us for the first time, we’d love you to be there.

Please feel free to share this invitation with neighbours, friends, and others in the community who may be interested.

We look forward to seeing you on 14 November.

(N.B. If you have any questions and want to contact us directly, please send an email to RidlingtonCAN@gmail.com)
