Your Trainer
Although best known for my long association with Scrum, I love everything Lean, Agile and Kanban. I get a buzz out of catalysing new ideas, collaboration, creativity and innovation to engage the full potential of teams and leadership.
Since 2005, I have been assisting organisations wrestle with the challenges of retaining agility as the scale of the challenge moves beyond a single team. My experience spans many different sectors and involves a broad spectrum of organisational elements, including strategy, budgeting, portfolio management, leadership, team design and engineering at scale. I enjoy using my hard-won years of team and senior leadership experience to help others.
I am an Agile coach and consultant, a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), a Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) Trainer, a TAC (Trainer Approval Committee) member for the Scrum Alliance, and a cocreator of ELSE (Emergent Large-Scale Evolution) - an evolutionary approach to scaling agility.
