Mum & Baby Circles: Thursdays 9:45am Postnatal Classes in Bexleyheath / Abbey Wood SE2

Rise & Glow Mum & Baby Circles are a new kind of postnatal support, thoughtfully created to care for mothers and their babies during the early months of motherhood.

These circles offer a calm, structured space to support your emotional wellbeing, nervous system, and connection with your baby throughout the postnatal period.

The sessions are hosted at a cosy garden studio on the borders of Bexleyheath and Abbey Wood.

What to Expect in Each Session

Each 75-minute session includes:

• 🌿 Nervous system regulation techniques, inspired by Hypnobirthing
  Remember hypnobirthing from your antenatal classes? Our postnatal sessions teach you practical calming tools in a similar way, adapted for the postnatal period and everyday parenting
• 👶 Relaxing, meaningful ways to bond with your baby
  Through touch, breathwork and connection
• 🧠 Guided conversation for mums
  Supporting emotional wellbeing, identity shifts and the realities of early motherhood
• 🤍 A baby-led, welcoming environment
  Feeding, changing, and babbling are all of course completely welcome

These sessions are about being present together...for you, and for your baby, while creating space for you to connect with other local mums going through similar experiences.

Format

A four week block of sessions, covering a different topic each week:

• Session 1 [The motherhood transition] - Thursday 25th June, 9:45 - 11:00
• Session 2: [Calm in the chaos] - Thursday 2nd July, 9:45 - 11:00
• Session 3: [Bonding & connection] - Thursday 9th July, 9:45 - 11:00
• Session 4: [Beyond survival mode] - Thursday 16th July, 9:45 - 11:00

Price
£55 for the full 4-week block.

(Apologies, I'm not able to offer one-off sessions at this time).

Who These Sessions Are For

Ideal for mums wanting to feel supported and equipped in their parenthood journey, while connecting with other like-minded local mums in a relaxed and friendly environment. 

This session is designed for mums with pre-crawling babies (from birth to about 8 months). We also have other sessions available for older babies on our website www.riseandglowbirths.com
