Mum & Baby Circles: Mondays 10:30am - 5 week course - Postnatal Classes in Hither Green SE13

Rise & Glow Mum & Baby Circles are a new kind of postnatal support, thoughtfully created to care for mothers and their babies during the early months of motherhood.

These circles offer a calm, structured space to support your emotional wellbeing, nervous system, and connection with your baby throughout the postnatal period, while meeting other like-minded local mums.

What to Expect in Each Session

Each 1 hour session includes:

• 🌿 Nervous system regulation techniques, inspired by Hypnobirthing
  Remember hypnobirthing from your antenatal classes? Our postnatal sessions teach you practical calming tools in a similar way, adapted for the postnatal period and everyday parenting
• 👶 Relaxing, meaningful ways to bond with your baby
  Through touch, breathwork and connection
• 🧠 Guided conversation for mums
  Supporting emotional wellbeing, identity shifts and the realities of early motherhood
• 🤍 A baby-led, welcoming environment
  Feeding, changing, and babbling are all of course completely welcome

These sessions are about being present together...for you, and for your baby, while creating space for you to connect with other local mums going through similar experiences.

Format

A five-week block of sessions, covering a different topic each week:

• Session 1: Monday 11th January, 10:30 - 11:30
• Session 2: Monday 18th January, 10:30 - 11:30
• Session 3: Monday 25th January, 10:30 - 11:30
• Session 4: Monday 1st February, 10:30 - 11:30
• Session 5: Monday 8th February, 10:30 - 11:30

Price
£52 for the full 5-week block.

Venue

Our Mum & Baby sessions take place in our cosy studio downstairs in the beautiful Nonki Store, just next to Hither Green station, under a ceiling of fairy-lights that your baby will be mesmerised by!

Who These Sessions Are For

Ideal for mums wanting to feel supported and equipped in their parenthood journey, while connecting with other like-minded local mums in a relaxed and friendly environment. You are very welcome to join us if this is your first, second, third....or tenth baby!

This session is designed for mums with babies from birth to 13 months. We also have other sessions available in Bexleyheath on our website www.riseandglowbirths.com
