Resilience and mental toughness are words often associated with successful sport performance, but what actually is resilience? And how do we build it? In this session, we will discuss resilience, mental toughness, and what this looks like on- and off-the-grass. Alongside developing knowledge of the two, similarities and differences, practical tips will be offered which aim to help the development of resilience in young athletes.
