Moonlight Circle - Full Moon Ceremony & Meditation

***Attend In-Person or Virtually***

Rising Phoenix Moonlight Circles are guided Full Moon Meditations and Ceremonies created to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and intentional community. Each circle blends breathwork, meditation, ritual release, sound healing, and sacred gathering to help participants slow down, let go, and reconnect with themselves and one another under the light of the full moon.

🌕 What to Expect at a Rising Phoenix Moonlight Circle

A Moonlight Circle is a guided Full Moon Meditation and Ceremony designed to help you slow down, let go, and reconnect — with yourself and with others — under the light of the full moon

Whether this is your first moon circle or your fiftieth, you are welcome exactly as you are.

✨ The Space

Moonlight Circles are held in a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment.

All identities, bodies, spiritual backgrounds, and levels of experience are honored here.

You don’t need to be “spiritual enough.”

You don’t need to know what you’re doing.

You don’t need to share unless you want to.

This is a space of consent, compassion, and community.

🌬 What We’ll Do Together

Each Moonlight Circle is thoughtfully curated around the energy of the current Full Moon and typically includes:

Grounding & Breathwork to calm the nervous system

Guided Meditation & Inner Journey aligned with the moon’s themes

Sound Healing to support emotional release and relaxation

Ritual Release — letting go of what no longer serves you

Ceremonial Moon Tea to integrate the experience

Intentional Community Connection (gentle, optional sharing)

You are always free to participate in a way that feels right for you — sitting, lying down, eyes open or closed, actively engaged or quietly receiving.

🌕 What You Might Feel

Everyone’s experience is unique, but many people leave feeling:

• Lighter and more grounded

• Emotionally supported and clearer

• More connected to their intuition

• Calm in their body and mind

• Held by community rather than alone

There is no “right” way to experience a Moonlight Circle.

🧺 What to Bring

• A journal or notebook

• A drinking vessel  with water if you are thirsty for taking home moon tea

• An altar item if you wish (optional)

Comfortable clothing — layers encouraged

• An open heart 💛

🕯 What You Don’t Need

• No prior meditation experience

• No special tools or spiritual knowledge

• No pressure to speak, perform, or share

• No expectations — just curiosity

🌙 After the Circle

Many people enjoy journaling, chatting, resting, or moving slowly after a Moonlight Circle.

Give yourself permission to stay gentle — the work continues softly after the ritual ends.

✨ A Final Note

Rising Phoenix Moonlight Circles are not about fixing you — because you are not broken.

They are about remembering who you are, releasing what weighs you down, and rising together — one moon at a time.

Join us at Cypress Pillar Healing Arts for an evening of community, relaxation, and letting go.
