Welcome to The Islands Thursdays at Ritmo Latino Dance Studio, a weekly Caribbean dance night bringing together the authentic rhythms, movement and energy of Dominican Bachata and Cuban Salsa in the heart of London.

Whether you are completely new to Latin dance, developing your technique or already an experienced social dancer, Thursdays give you the opportunity to train, practise and enjoy two of the Caribbean's most exciting dance styles in one evening.

6:00pm: Dominican Bachata Level 1 & 2
7:00pm: Dominican Bachata Level 2 & 3
8:00pm: Cuban Salsa
9:00pm: Cuban Salsa
10:00pm: FREE Dominican & Cuban Social Practice until 11:00pm

✨ A NIGHT OF CARIBBEAN RHYTHMS

The Islands is more than simply taking a dance class.

It is an evening where dancers can experience the connection between music, culture, rhythm and social dancing, moving from the Dominican Republic to Cuba without leaving London.

Learn during the classes, then stay for the FREE social practice from 10pm, where you can practise what you have learned, meet other dancers and enjoy Dominican Bachata and Cuban Salsa music.

🌟 BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME

You do not need to bring a partner and you do not need previous dance experience to join us.

Our classes are designed to help dancers build confidence progressively while developing strong foundations in rhythm, movement, connection and technique.
