Join us for a flaming cookery demo with the Riverford Field Kitchen chefs, and learn how to create flavoursome, fire-cooked dishes with autumnal fresh veg picked from the Riverford Farm and our kitchen garden.

Don't underestimate the potential of fresh veg cooked over a bed of glowing embers. When vegetables meet fire, flavours intensify, surfaces caramelise, and edges become irresistibly crisp and charred. We encourage cooking within the embers too, as it brings an exciting array of textures and flavours to your plate.

It's a relaxed demo with just 12 guests and there will be plenty of chat, hints and tips along the way - and of course tasting the dishes that the chefs create.
