Escape the ordinary this Valentine’s Day and step into a romantic oasis surrounded by lush tropical greenery. Join us for an Exclusive Romantic Dinner for Two, an intimate after-hours dining experience set inside our tropical greenhouses — one of our most anticipated annual events.

🍽️ Exquisite Multi-Course Dinner

Starter (choose one):

• Mushroom arancini with pesto marinara sauce and parmesan crisp
• Maple squash soup with smoked duck
• Dietary-friendly option: Maple squash soup with tomato salsa (suitable for vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and other dietary needs)

Mains (choose one):

• 48-hour sous-vide beef short rib with garlic mashed potatoes, heirloom carrots, fried shallots, and beef jus
• Spinach-stuffed pork tenderloin with garlic mashed potatoes, heirloom carrots, and jus
• Dietary-friendly option: Crispy fried mushrooms with green goddess sauce, served on a bed of vegan risotto with heirloom carrots (vegan and suitable for many dietary restrictions)

Dessert:

• Dark chocolate ganache and cherry pie with cherry balsamic gel and meringue
• Dietary-friendly option: Red wine poached pears with a gluten-free vegan brownie and vegan vanilla custard (vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free)
