Armando Vega Salsa Orquestra
The Armando Vega Salsa Orquestra brings a vibrant night of Latin rhythms and Detroit energy to Ro Cham Beau. Led by singer and percussionist Armando Vega, the band delivers joyful music that’s easy to love whether you’re a lifelong salsa fan or hearing it live for the first time.
Raised in Detroit’s Latin music community, Vega began singing salsa at 17 and has gone on to perform alongside and open for major names in Latin music, including Eddie Palmieri, Spanish Harlem Orchestra, Herman Olivera, El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico, Tito Puente Jr., and others. His band has also been featured by Detroit PBS/Detroit Performs.
