The Annual Rock from the Heart Aortic Health Symposium and Survivor Recognition Dinner is an event focused on raising awareness about aortic health, celebrating survivors, and honoring those we have lost. 

The symposium features medical experts discussing the latest advancements in aortic disease research, prevention, and treatment. The evening includes a recognition dinner, recognizing survivors and their families, honoring those we have lost to aortic disease, and fostering a supportive community.
