Please read the following information before you buy your tickets. 😊

Parking facilities - parking is limited at the centre. There are two retail parks close-by where parking is free however there are time limits of 2-3 hours. Best to check when you park. Rollerbeats is not responsible for any parking restrictions.

Who are the roller disco’s for?

• All ages and abilities
• Wheelchair and Buggy Friendly Events
• Only skaters or (assisting) parents/guardians of children skating should be in the skating arena during the event

Every V.I.R group enjoys:

1. Printable Party Invites

Kick things off with our free printable invites — perfect for collecting RSVPs, skate sizes and parent contact details (via QR code).

2. Priority Group Entry

Arrive 10 minutes before the event starts so your whole crew can glide in together and get settled.

3. Reserved Seating for Your Whole Party

We’ll have a reserved seating area ready for your group. Feel free to bring decorations or balloons to jazz up your space and make it your own.

4. Skate Hire & Safety Pads

All skaters get skate hire and safety pads included — easy, safe and ready to roll. Bring your own helmets.

5. Light‑Up Skates for the Birthday Star

Your birthday person can enjoy light‑up skates for that extra sparkle (optional if they prefer their own skates).

6. DJ Shout‑Out & Favourite Upbeat Tune

We’ll celebrate your special guest with a DJ shout‑out and their favourite upbeat track. Just add the song choice at checkout.

7. No Extra Cost

Your V.I.R Access Experience is included within normal admission pricing 

Maximum of 20 skaters per party allowed.

⭐ How It Works

1. Start With Our Free Printable Invites

Use our invites to collect RSVPs and skate sizes before you book. Each invite includes a QR code so parents can securely share their contact details. 

You’ll remain our main point of contact for the whole group.

2. Book Your VIR ACCESS Tickets

These spaces go fast, so try to book at least 3 weeks before your date to secure your spot. Once you know your numbers, book VIR ACCESS tickets for however many skaters are joining you (up to 20 per party).

3. Choose Your Party Setup

Every party must choose one of the following options:

• Bring party bags to hand out at the end of the session or
• Book a party room at the venue for food and cake (contact the venue directly to arrange a room)

4. Drinks & Refreshments

Guests are welcome to bring:

• Sport‑capped bottles or Cartons Only - Perfect for keeping skaters hydrated safely in the hall
• No food are permitted in the hall

Skate Hire!
Got your own skates? Awesome! Quads and In-lines are welcomed at our venues.

Not got skates, no problem 'cause we've got trollies of skates from toddler size 6 right up to adult size 12!

Remember to book these along with your ticket, as we can't guarantee availability of sizes on the day.

**Health and Safety Notice **

Roller Skating is a high energy activity and you and those in your care, skate at their own risk.

If you have bought tickets for others that you are not guardian for, it is your responsibility as Booker, to let them know what terms and conditions you have agreed to on their behalf and relay any important information.

Use of Safety Equipment:
Rollerbeats advises that helmets and safety pads should be used at all our roller-skating events.

Rollerbeats do not provide helmets for hire - therefore, please bring along your own helmet. Bike helmets are ideal!   

You can also bring along your own safety pads or we have some hire ones available too.

Refunds & Re-Sale of tickets not being used:

• Refunds will be in the form of Credit Notes and only issued when more than a 48 hour cancellation notice is given. Therefore, please ensure you are able to attend the event before purchasing your tickets.
• You must not offer your tickets to others or re-sale them - please get in contact with us directly if you can no longer attend.

Skating under intoxicating substances - Rollerbeats has the right to refuse anyone who is under the influence of intoxicating substances to skate at this event - no refund permitted.

More Room to Skate Policy - We have always offered 'more room to skate policy' - which means we offer more square footage per person than the industry standard.
