Relaxed Session

Please Note the relaxed session is only between the times of 11 am to 12 pm after this time you are welcome to stay through the family session from 12 pm - 5 pm but wheelchairs will not be permitted in the skating area after 12pm due to safety issues.

Our relaxed session is designed to accommodate everyone. We understand that some of our guests may be completely new, have sensory issues, or disabilities, or use wheelchairs, and we want to provide a safe and happy environment for all. Therefore, the first part of our event will be tailored specifically for you.

There will be no flashing lights or overwhelming sounds, ensuring a comfortable experience for everyone.

We encourage people of all ages to join in the fun, and we warmly welcome carers to skate alongside their loved ones (one free admission for a carer, Carers will be asked to provide appropriate documentation for free entry on the door and skate hire is not included in the free entry offer (please contact us at info@demonxtreme.com or call on 01206 576667 for more information)

Whether you're a pro on wheels or a first-timer, bring your own skates or hire our famous Rollerworld skates or inlines (hurry, availability is limited so pre-book now!). Please note skate hire will not be available on the day of the event so please book skate hire online when purchasing a ticket and please add your sizes to the booking so we can bring your size to the venue.

But that's not all - refreshments and a bar will be available throughout this session

Skate hire is available until Tuesday 5th November you must order your skate hire with your tickets to save any confusion, if you forget to order please contact us at info@rollerworld.co.uk. Any requests after the 312st Otober 2024  will not be guaranteed as all skates are brought to the venue for your specific order.

Cancellation policy:

You may only cancel by notifying us on or before 31st October 2024  due to number restrictions. After this date, no cancellations or refunds will be available. Tickets are non-transferable, you may be asked for ID on the day to confirm you are the named ticket holder. Name changes will be permitted on or before this date for a fee of £2.50 per ticket.
