All Dutch, International Minded

The 2e edition of the Halloween edition will happen on 1th of November 2025 in the small town of Ewijk, near Nijmegen, Gelderland, the Netherlands. The Con aims to be multilingual, with Dutch, English, and German-speaking organisers and volunteers.

Vendors and Merchandise

The Con will offer vendor tables, where visitors can peruse wares from official merchandise of games such as Dungeons & Dragons, to independent rule books sold by the designer. Of course everything a Game Master or player might need will be available as well – 3D printed miniatures and terrain, leather works, stationary, and much more.

Speakers, Workshops and Live Games

Visitors will be able to attend Workshops during the Con, or sit down and listen to a Speaker presenting a topic that you might be interested in. We expect workshops on terrain building and improvisation, and talks on accessibility at the game table and sound design for tabletop games.

And of course, there will be live game tables! Be it Dungeons and Dragons 5e or short indie games, experienced and new Game Masters will be running One Shots and small experiments during the Con.

Kids on RINCON – Family Event

For the parents

We’re thrilled to welcome families to Halloween RINCON, a spooky celebration of tabletop gaming and creativity! While this edition leans into the darker, mysterious side of fantasy, RINCON remains a family-friendly event where all ages are welcome to explore and enjoy.

However, please note: we do not encourage or allow gory costumes or scare actors. You won’t encounter jump-scares or horror mazes here. That said, because of the Halloween theme, the event may feature some eerie elements—from fantasy monsters to spooky decorations.

Children up to the age of 12 can enter RINCON for free. They do require a valid RSVP ticket, so please remember to RSVP the Kids ticket on the RINCON website: (https://rollinitiativecon.nl/rincon-kids/)
In the Kids Room there is coloring and some small acitivities. You can also sign up for Live Game for Kids.

ShuttleBus
This year we also have tickets for a return ticket with a shuttle bus(ticket is VALID FOR SHUTTLE BUS GROENE HEUVELS --> RINCON).

If your coming from Nijmegen Station you need to take city bus 85 and stop at bustop Julianastraat. On Saturday it will depart twice an hour (12 over and 42).
At the busstop Julianastraat there will be a multiperson bike "Quest Bike" to help you get to the con on a social, fun and more relaxt way then walking!

Its alsomost a straight line to rincon from the bustop. Walk is about 10-15 min.
