Who:
Hi, I'm Jhenn of Ronin Dining. I have been a professional chef for 15+ years. I used to live in Japan and I'm a traditional Japanese (washoku) chef certified by the Japanese government (MAFF). I like to consider myself a bridge to overlooked Japanese food; sometimes it takes an outsider to appreciate the beauty of somewhere's everyday food. Let me whisk your taste buds away to Japan!

What:
I started supper clubs in a North London flat in 2011 and now they are in a 360 year old dining room in Godalming. Unlike a pop-up at a pub or restaurant, a true supper club is an invite into someone's heart and home. A guest buys a seat at a shared table to experience a group dining event. We've hosted everyone: foodies, tourists, family reunions, second dates, chefs, celebrities, digital nomads, flight attendants... ages from 11-79! About half the guests come alone and the majority are not even vegetarian. It's all about the FOOD and the EXPERIENCE.
Sorry, no dogs or young children (yet!).
And while Japanese is my specialty, we also did many Macaroni Mondays and Bibimbap & Board Games events!

Where & When:
Private events take place on the High Street in Godalming, UK. In the evening there is free parking nearby or a 5 minute walk from Godalming train station & near Buses 42, 46, 70, 71, 72. PLEASE CHECK return times for public transport as they stop running early and there is NO UBER in town.
