Rookie Rackets — Friday Night Badminton (02 October 2026)

New to badminton? Or picking up a racket again after a long break? You’re in the right place.

Rookie Rackets is a friendly badminton community for beginners, first-timers and returning players. This isn’t about being competitive or proving how good you are. It’s about getting on court, meeting people and enjoying the game.

Come on your own or bring a friend. Most of us are rookies too!

⏰ Please arrive by 7:50 PM

Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can meet everyone, get organised and be ready to start as soon as our court time begins at 8:00 PM.

We only have the court for one hour, so let’s make every minute count!

🎟️ Booking & Payment

£5.50 per person, per session.

All sessions must be booked and paid for through Ticket Tailor. Your place is only confirmed once your Ticket Tailor booking is complete.

Spaces are limited because we book the court in advance.
