Taiko is Japanese ensemble drumming and incorporates drumming patterns, choreographed movements and energy shouts to create powerful and exciting performances. Taiko is accessible for anyone and really fun! Join Humber Taiko for an exciting session to try this for yourself! Places are extremely limited.

10 - 10.45am 'Tiny Taiko' for children aged 3-6

Our Tiny Taiko sessions are aimed at young children, we use songs and games to learn about the Taiko drums and play fun rhythms.

Children are recommended to take part without a parent/guardian, but you are welcome to stay in the building. If leaving the site, children must be collected at 10.45am.

For those who are really serious about Taiko - there is always more to learn, plenty of progression routes to refine and develop skills as well as learning new challenging pieces and different styles of playing. Find out more www.humbertaiko.org or @HumberTaiko
