A Passing Tale: Family Botanical Printing Workshop
Get creative with the family in this free, drop-in printing workshop with artist Mandy Keating. Perfect for all generations, this hands-on session lets you experiment with natural inks to print your own unique designs onto small fabric seed bags.
Using provided stencils and stamps - or by crafting your very own - you will create a beautiful, custom pouch to take home, complete with a complimentary packet of wildflower seeds to grow in your own garden.
While the printing workshop is ideal for children aged 8 and over, younger siblings are very welcome, and natural play dough will be available to keep little hands busy and entertained. There is no need to book for a specific time - simply drop in at any point during the two-hour session to join the fun.
Children must be accompanied by an adult, and everyone is encouraged to bring along an apron or an old shirt to protect their clothes while getting creative.
This session is part of the A Passing Tale project across Greater Lincolnshire and beyond. It is supported by North Lincolnshire Council and The National Lottery Heritage Fund as part of Cultural Futures, a multi-year project to increase arts, heritage and cultural opportunities for North Lincolnshire.
