Queer & Rooted: Rest & Renewal in Nature

Find solace in nature and recharge, rest, and reconnect with fellow queer folx. In these turbulent times, we desperately need community practices and rituals that nourish our bodies, minds, hearts, and souls. This mini forest bathing experience includes a guided sensory meditation, a nature connection invitation to reduce stress and anxiety, and a community circle for (optional) sharing and listening in a non-judgmental space. Each week’s invitation is different, come each week to develop a practice to integrate into your own self-care routine and deepen relationships in the community.

This event is donation-based for accessibility and to ensure that anyone who would like to come be in community is able to (your support contributes to the continuation of these offerings and honors the energy put into them).
