The Slow Lens: A Mindful Nature Photography Workshop
What if your camera wasn't a tool for capturing the world, but for truly entering it?
In this workshop, photography becomes a form of active meditation. Each frame is an invitation to slow down, pay attention, and meet the natural world with a deeper, more conscious gaze. There are no perfect shots to chase here. No pressure to produce. Only the practice of being fully present with what's in front of you.
Over 90 minutes outdoors, you'll move through guided mindfulness practices that train your attention before your camera ever comes out. You'll learn to observe light, texture, and stillness the way a meditator observes breath; with curiosity, without grasping. And when you do photograph, it won't be to capture a moment. It will be to inhabit one.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to experience nature more deeply, whether or not they've ever thought of themselves as a photographer.
No experience required. Any camera works, including your phone.
