Chakra Dancing & Creative Meditation Class at the StarDisc, Wirksworth - Winter Solstice Celebration

❄️ Chakra Dancing at the StarDisc – Winter Solstice Celebration

As the wheel of the year turns and we arrive at the longest night, join us for a special Winter Solstice Chakra Dancing experience at the magical StarDisc in Wirksworth.

Winter Solstice is a time to pause, reflect and honour the return of the light. Surrounded by the beauty and stillness of nature, we'll gather in this unique sacred space to move, release and reconnect with ourselves and one another.

This is an invitation to slow down, let go of what no longer serves you, and welcome the promise of new beginnings.

✨ What to Expect

🔥 Chakra Dancing for Reflection and Renewal

Journey through the chakras with carefully selected music designed to help you release, rebalance and reconnect. There are no steps to learn and no right or wrong way to move, just the freedom to express yourself through dance.

🌌 A Sacred Solstice Setting

The StarDisc's stone circle and panoramic views create a powerful backdrop for marking this ancient seasonal turning point. Together, we'll honour the darkness and celebrate the returning light.

🎨 Winter Solstice Creative Meditation

We'll complete our evening with a gentle creative meditation, allowing space for reflection, intention setting and inner stillness as we step towards a new season.

💛 A Warm and Inclusive Space

No experience is needed. Whether you're new to Chakra Dancing or returning for another journey, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are.
