Seasonal Supper Club - Summer

It's the season of tomatoes and we are here to celebrate with a fun tasting menu all about these beautiful summer fruits! 

On the menu:

Gazpacho  - a flavoursome cold tomato soup

Sun dried tomato bread and a tomato compound butter

Charred Roast Tomatoes with labneh

Cherry tomato and pecorino risotto with confit piccolo tomatoes

Dessert - Fresh tomato spice cake with sweet lemon cream cheese

Organic Coffee or Tea to finish

If you have a dietary requirement not included in the ticket types, please email naomi@wearerootstock.co.uk as soon as you book to ensure we can accommodate. We are able to cater to dairy free or vegan diners and we can offer gluten free alternatives but this event isn't suitable to anyone with a food allergy or coeliacs disease due to the small kitchen we operate from and the potential for cross contamination.
