ABUNDANCE /// POLY & ENM /// SPEED ROPE PLAY JAM

Ropejam Studio is a space in which to learn and explore the art of Kinbaku–Shibari, make friends, meet potential rope partners and share Unconditional Rope Love with a growing community of caring humans.

MONTHLY POLY & ENM ROPE PLAY JAM

This monthly Rope Jam is dedicated to London’s polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous community and everyone interested in forming open, consensual connections through Kinbaku–Shibari.

Important: This is a play-focused Rope Jam built around partner rotation and consensual exchange.

If you are monogamous or would prefer to remain exclusively with the person you arrived with, please attend one of our other weekly Rope Salon events instead.

The Play Jam atmosphere combines improvised rope, new connections and playful exploration, always grounded in consent, safety and kindness.

WHO IS IT FOR?

• Beginners and experienced rope lovers are welcome.
• You may attend alone or with friends.
• Please arrive open to meeting, pairing and rotating with other participants.
• Couples and established partners are welcome when both people are comfortable exploring with others.
• Every interaction must be individually negotiated; attendance never implies consent to tie, be tied or play with anyone.

If you do not want to change partners, one of our other Open Studio Jams will be more suitable for you.

PROGRAMME

• Speed Rope—change partners every 15 minutes
• Ippon Nawa—one-rope free-form play rounds
• Blindfolded Ippon Nawa—one-rope free-form play rounds
• Multi-rope tying rounds
• Time for socialising, connecting and open rope play

Participation in every round is voluntary. You are always free to pause, observe or decline an invitation.

ROPES

Please bring one to three ropes of approximately 8–10 metres each.

Communal ropes are available, but we strongly recommend bringing your own whenever possible.

If you would like to purchase rope, you can add it to your order during checkout, subject to availability.

REFRESHMENTS

Complimentary tea and coffee are available throughout the evening. ☕️
