Transitions For Your Floor Work

Thu Dec 12, 2024 7:30 PM - 10:30 PM 1701 Studio, 78704

If you're relatively new to rope, are now solid on your single columns but don't know how to advance, or just need to see a different tying style than yours or those you're round most, this class is for you!

CLASS STARTS PROMPTLY AT 8 PM. Please be timely.

Mr R, a Boston based rigger of 10 years, is coming to Austin, TX with his rope model of vast experience, Arby, and is willing to give a class on transitions in your floor work to create flow and dynamic for your rope scenes.

You can sign up as a rope pair, as a solo person who will get matched up as best as possible with people of complementing rope roles, or as an auditor who will watch the class from the side, take notes, and take in the sights of rope work.

I also offer up some solid braid nylon for sale to use for the class with some safety scissors.

BIOGRAPHIES:

Mr R is the founder of BondageNBoston and is the current primary instructor for his home group. He is also a member of Witch City Rope in Salem, and has attended NARIX events both in 2023 and 2024.

His interests are ever evolving, as he explores his erotic mind. He enjoys the time it takes to create a scene through the transition of power offered by rope. He desires to create various feelings of vulnerability, exposure, submission, discomfort, and control through the art and media of rope bondage. In his hands, rope becomes the lingering physical manifestation of his touch and energy, wrapping and embracing, enveloping, and transforming.

He looks forward to offering you some insight on how to amplify your rope work, giving your he tools for a flowing and dynamic rope scene with this offering.

Arby (he/him) started involving himself with rope in 2020, which was a weird time. Once the world calmed down, Arby began to dive deeper and develop his practice more, primarily as a rope bottom. Since then, he has become a member in several Boston-based groups, helped to start ‘Bondage N Boston,’ performed live demonstrations, assisted with facilitating workshops, and attended various in-person and virtual classes and conferences, including NARIX. As a queer man who bottoms in rope, Arby aims to bring visibility to men who want to be tied and encourage others to do so too.
