You stopped talking about it, but it still shows up in your thoughts, your reactions, your energy. It affects you more than you’d like to admit and you're over it. You're ready to let it go but you don't know how.
One word: Forgiveness.
People often think that forgiveness means you were okay with what happened or that you are allowing those who hurt you back into your life.
NOOOOOOOO.
Forgiveness is for you.
You are allowed to say what happened was not okay. You’re allowed to be angry, sad and confused. And you’re allowed to forgive for your own sanity.
You won’t forget it but it will no longer have power over your life.
You deserve peace. You deserve to focus that energy on the things that matter most to you.
This month's circle is about finally releasing what’s been sitting heavy so it stops taking up space in your mind and your life.
Let’s create peace in your mind and in your heart.
What to expect:
A grounded, intentional space where you can:
- slow down and come back to yourself
- finally face and release what’s been heavy through a forgiveness practice
- connect with other women on a similar path
- be seen, heard, and held
You don’t have to have anything specific in mind to forgive. You can still come because there may be things you're carrying that would give you peace if you were to forgive. This is your space to start letting shit go.
