For Latinas ready to dismantle the "good girl" mentality by unlearning the beliefs, expectations, and survival patterns that taught us to put ourselves last and reconnect with the woman we've always been beneath it all.

La Niña Buena Series was created to help you understand the stories that shaped you, reconnect with yourself, and remember who you were before the world told you who to be.

We chose to create this as a series because real transformation takes time. Every gathering builds on the last, giving you the opportunity to reflect, integrate, and continue growing between circles. Rather than trying to heal everything in one evening, we'll walk this journey together, one chapter at a time.

Together we'll explore how our relationships with our parents shaped the way we see ourselves, love others, set boundaries, and move through the world.

Inner Child & Teenage Healing

She isn't gone. The little girl and teenage version of you still influence the way you love, fear, trust, and protect yourself today.

This circle is about finally giving her what she needed.

September 24th 7:00 - 8:30pm | Beyond El Dolor

Releasing the Weight You Carry

Pain has a way of convincing us that it will always be part of our story.

This circle is an invitation to loosen its grip, reclaim your power, and step into a future that isn't defined by your past. Because your story deserves a chapter beyond the pain.

October 25th 6:00 - 7:30pm | Intuition

Reconnecting with Your Inner Wisdom

At some point, you stopped asking yourself what you wanted.

Instead, you learned to look outside yourself for answers, approval, and permission.

This circle is about quieting the noise, reconnecting with your intuition, and remembering that you've always had the answers within you.
