After a fantastic debut session at Roseberry, weβre excited to host our second Sunday Community Yoga Class on 9th February.
This class is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis, and offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, and unwind.

I love to share the benefits of Yoga - drawing on my years of experience and trainings. I believe and have experienced the benefits of yoga which go beyond just the physical stretching. In a time when we are facing stress and uncertainty, Yoga can be used to help reconnect at a deeper level and offer methods and ways to destress and to connect with the body rather than the mind. My passion is to facilitate the journey inwards through movement, breath and stillness. During my classes, we will flow, feel, experience, expand our awareness and come away feeling more connected, grounded and peaceful.
