This is the first session of Chakradance 8 week Cycle "FREEDOM" ! Today we focus in the Root (Base) chakra.

To survive and feel safe is the first basic human need. When this is threatened, ie already in the Womb space, during childhood or lateron in life, we can become anxious, lack a sense of belonging or have a troubled relationship with our own body. We can feel out of rhythm with life.

The base (root) chakra is the home of our physical body, our ancestors, our family (either bloodline or soul line) and connects us to our innate survival needs. Our connection with our animal spirits too.  It's from here we are able to strengthen our deep inner instincts. 

This is an invitation to help you feel more grounded and in tune with your body and environment. It's a guide to inner stability and deeper sense of security. Life will throw us curve balls, but with a more balanced base or Root chakra we are able to stand firm on our own two feet.

You will come away feeling deeply grounded, relaxed and with a greater understanding of the vast wisdom your body has to offer.

What to Expect
Movement can be subtle but creates flow, and we move/ dance with our eyes closed/ gaze lowered. No one is watching.. we find our own rhythm to gentle unravel what is held inside.

Chakra resonant music guides the warmup, movement, meditations, archetypal exploration and mandala art to anchor your unique experience. 

This is not your average 'relaxation' class - this is so much more and I lovingly hold safe space for you to explore - be prepared for some energetic shifts and insights to create meaningful transformation. ✨️ we will have some time for reflection and refreshments too.


No previous experience or knowledge of the chakra system is necessary and loose comfortable clothes are recommended.
