This is the second session of Chakradance 8 week Cycle "FREEDOM" ! Today we focus in the Sacral Chakra.

(no need to attend all 8 sessions - you will benefit from each standalone session too) 

We are often so busy 'doing' that we forget to stop and take notice of how we are 'feeling'. We end up becoming disconnected from the most receptive part of ourselves - our Sacral Chakra which sits just below the navel. We then also become disconnected from our passion, desire, pleasure & our senses - it is from this Chakra that we connect with our inner feminine energy (which resides within both men and women); our receptive yin energy.

In this workshop we tap back into these energies and our sensuality, and exploring through movement and the element of water. It can help us to actually acknowledge all emotion - bringing our feminine shadow into the light and integrating her into our lives. It helps us to calm overwhelming emotion that we (subconsciously) may have been carrying so we can open up to insights, release & free the wildness and true expression of creativity & sensuality within.

We can allow ourselves to open up to a whole new creative way of Being. Whether you are male or female, we can reflect on ways in which we can embrace the rhythms of the sacred feminine - consciously inviting this into our lives.

What to Expect
Movement can be subtle but creates flow, and we move/ dance with our eyes closed/ gaze lowered. No one is watching.. we find our own rhythm to gentle unravel what is held inside.

Chakra resonant music guides the warmup, movement, meditations, archetypal exploration and mandala art to anchor your unique experience.

This is not your average 'relaxation' class - this is so much more and I lovingly hold safe space for you to explore - be prepared for some energetic shifts and insights to create meaningful transformation. ✨️ we will have some time for reflection and refreshments too.


No previous experience or knowledge of the chakra system is necessary and loose comfortable clothes are recommended.
