Chakradance is an embodied (holistic) healing modality, combining ancient shamanic wisdom & modern music, to bring the chakras (our body's main energy centres) back into balance & allowing for the free flow of life force energy - helping us to gently release any stagnant energies that may be holding us back from living a joyful & fulfilled life.

You will enjoy tranquillity and free expression as you join our sacred circle, journeying within.

You will be delving into 7 different facets of your whole self, each with their own lessons, meanings and gifts - unique to you - while I hold safe space for you.

The session with chakra-resonate music (to be heard & felt) includes: seated meditation, spontaneous movement and a creative mandala art exercise based on Jungian Psychology.

It is ideal as a regular wellbeing practice for both those who have travelled along this path before as for those who are brand new to Chakradance. You will all feel like coming home every time.

Investment is £22 for the 2 hours and for newcomers includes a pocket chakra crystal set, small notebook & pencil. It also includes light refreshments/wind down before we finish.

Please feel free to bring a yoga mat, however this is not a must. Do bring your own bottle of water.
