Horse Race Night Fundraiser

Join us for our Fathers Day Horse Race Night Fundraiser! All welcome 18+ only £10 per entry ticket.

The races are shown on a big screen with full sound, hosted by our fabulous and funny compare; Paul! He was the highlight of our successful bingo night fundraiser and we can't wait to see him again for the race night!

🐎 How the Night Works:

• The evening consists of 8 races, each featuring 8 horses

• Guests receive a race sheet on arrival listing all horses and races

• Bets are placed at £1 per ticket and you can back one or multiple horses per race

• All bets are placed on the night and collected before each race starts

🎯 The races are random — no one knows the winner beforehand, creating real excitement!

💰 Winnings

• Total bets are split: 50% goes to the charity and 50% goes into the prize pot

Example: 50 tickets sold = £50 total so £25 goes to charity and £25 is shared between winners

If 5 people backed the winning horse → £5 each and if 25 people backed it → £1 each

This process is repeated for all 8 races. The more you bet the more you win and the more is raised for our Little Lottie!

The money raised from our last event has allowed her to begin specialised private physiotherapy that isn't available via the NHS. These sessions cost £180 per hour and she has been advised to attend a minimum of 1 session per week to see any significant improvement due to the severity of her condition. Both of her parents work hard within the public sector but even with Lottie's subsidised Disability Living Allowance, this just isn't enough to cover fee's this high, not to mention the cost of living crisis were all in! One of the best ways to raise funds for Lottie is by becoming a horse owner and you can even do this without attending on the night 😁

🏇 Become a Horse Owner for £10 per horse

• Choose your horse’s name and your name will appear on the race sheet to be announced on the night

If all horses are sold: 8 races × 8 horses = 64 horses. That's £640 raised for Lottie covering the cost for 3x physio sessions!

We will also be doing a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize for the funniest names at the end of the night! We can't wait to hear your comical creations 😂
