I've already bought tickets and now can't attend, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot refund your tickets for this reason, please see if you can give the ticket/barcode to someone else who may wish to attend.
What time are the performers?
Performers will be in action throughout the event right up until the fireworks at 7.30pm. Full event schedule can be found on our social pages.
Can I bring my dog?
No, unfortunately only registered guide dogs and other support animals are allowed on site.
Can we bring sparklers for the children?
No, no sparklers or any other fireworks will be allowed on site. Security will remove anyone attempting to use them.
Is there food and drink available?
Yes, a number of food and beverage concessions will be on site in addition to The Venue serving alcohol their fully licenced bar.
If I buy a drink from the bar can I take it outside?
You can purchase from the bar and take plastic glasses onto the field, please return these to the bar once finished and not litter on the field/premises.
Can I bring my own food and alcohol?
Unfortunately not, no outside food or drink is allowed to be brought onto the site. And there will be a voluntary donation box for alcohol to be placed in at the entrance, in addition to bag searches taking place.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking available at the site. However, there is a designated drop off/taxi point for disabled visitors or those who need it. We advise to be as sustainable as possible and walk to the event if possible. If this is not possible there are a number of public car parks in close proximity to the event. Please be respectful of local residents and not park on the nearby streets. No parking will be available on North Warren Road past the entrance to Burns Street. Alternative parking options are currently being explored.
Is the site accessible?
The site is mainly flat, we also have arranged for disabled badge parking. Please contact us to discuss if this is required.
Will the event still go ahead if the weather is bad?
We aim to have a site meeting on the morning of the event to discuss the weather conditions, and will update on social platforms if the event is to be cancelled/rescheduled. However, we don't anticipate this to be an issue. We would however advise that visitors arrive dressed for the occasion in warm clothing and wellies/boots in case of the field being wet underfoot.
It says children under 5's free, do they need a ticket?
No, no tickets necessary for under 5s. However, they must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Can I bring chairs?
We do not allow chairs of any kind at this event. As the event takes place at night in the outdoors, chairs are trip hazards.
Can I take photographs?
Photography is permitted for non-commercial purposes.
Is there a discount for groups?
There are no group discounts or family tickets available. However, we have managed to keep the entry prices low thanks to our amazing sponsors and the display and event is well worth the ticket entry price.
